Telehealth
Our practice offers Telehealth Consultation for those patients that have tested covid positive or in emergency situations under our medical professionals’ consent and advice.
To qualify for a Bulk Billed Telehealth Consultation, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Medicare Card
- To meet the Medicare requirements of the time.
If you also have a valid Health Care, DVA, Pensioner Concession Card please let us know.
To organise a Bulk Billed Telehealth Consultation please book online or contract the medical practice.
Our practice unfortunately doesn’t offer a telephone consultation for general script requests, referrals, or results. In these circumstances you will need to book a face-to-face consultation or see one of our GPs during normal hours as a walk-in patient. Please note with walk-in consultations patients can see the first GP available and cannot request to see a particular provider.
If you don’t meet the criteria for a Bulk Billed Telehealth Consultations, a Telehealth Consultation fee will be applicable.
